Lausanne of Lausanne Jewelry came to us as a referral. She was struggling with conversions for her DTC jewelry business. We began with a deep dive and a Conversion Rate Optimization audit to uncover the major issues that were preventing conversions.
Once we had the CRO audit in hand, we moved on to developing value propositions for the brand and redesigning the Shopify website to solve the conversion challenges and to implement the value propositions. We verified the value propositions by running a carefully crafted survey among her current customers. This helped us craft the specific wording to mirror the value points we learned from the customers.
While we were rebuilding the site, we gave the website an on-page SEO treatment, and during the SEO strategy we discovered a power page, and with some work, that one power page led to an increase in organic traffic of over 800% and powered up the rankings of the entire website.
Then we worked on her Klaviyo email welcome series and cart abandonment sequences, as well as running Meta Ads.
